標題[請問] 關於金錢糾紛 報警問題

這裡有些問題 想請教各位 故事有點長 煩請各位撥冗讀完 感謝 是這樣的 小弟的女朋友 很喜歡看演唱會 她認識一位朋友是專門幫別人買票的(比較好的位子 公關票那種) (以下簡稱他為A先生) 但這次我女朋友加上她其他的朋友 都把錢交給A先生請他幫忙買票 總數大約五~六萬元 但是最後票沒有買成 當初也沒有說代買票要費用 所以他們請A先生將款項全數退還至我女朋友的帳戶 但是事情已經拖了2~3個月了 而A先生卻還是不斷以各種理由推拖 我覺得此人大有問題 所以我覺得應該要報警 想請問各位先進 此事應該報警嗎? 若要報警的話要準備些什麼東西呢? 非常感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.147.45.91
