（中央社記者陳淑芬台中21日電）潭美颱風來襲，台中市區今天清晨無風雨，水利局通知各區公所發放沙包，提供領取，並提供「臺中水情」APP免費下載。

潭美颱風即將侵台，台中市昨天晚間至今天清晨尚未出現風雨及相關災情。台中市政府水利局表示，今天適逢大潮，各地應嚴防大雨，已通知各區公所發放沙包，民眾可向區公所免費領取。

水利局指出，為便利民眾查詢淹水、土石流、避難場所等水情資訊及最新颱風動向，經開發「臺中水情」APP，可供民眾的智慧型手機與平板電腦下載。

水利局表示，昨天下午已召開潭美颱風第一次防汛整備會議，啟動防汛整備，相關人員將輪值，並備妥防汛整備物資，包括189台中小型抽水機、18台大型移動式抽水機、2萬6000多包沙包，可隨時應變防災。1020821
