烏石坑道路又流失　居民批政府態度消極

【李陳信得／台中報導】潭美颱風帶來豐沛雨量，和平山區降雨量更為驚人許多道路落石坍方或土石流，自由里烏石坑社區聯外道路在上次蘇力被淘空流失，最近才剛完成填補完成，昨晚下大豪雨烏石坑溪溪水暴漲對外通路再次掏空，造成社區一百多戶四百多人受困無法出入。
 
謝姓居民今天無奈表示，搶修時困難重重，搶修完畢後也只是潦潦草草 ，昨傍晚水一來就衝光光了，連摩托車都無法出去，別的縣市都在發生後立即搶修，快一天了到現在也沒見到有關單位來搶修，到底政府的效率未免太經不起考驗，是不是該硬起來了。
 
和平區區長黃永生說，已經在跟水利局協調了，我們都一直在努力做，已轉請市府應變中心求助在下午水利局已請包商立即搶修道路。
