受美聯準會QE退場影響，亞洲被當提款機，股市全面下跌。

美國量化寬鬆(QE)可能提前退場，引發亞洲金融市場大震盪，市場擔心亞洲金融風暴是否重演，對此，中華民國全國工業總會理事長許勝雄、中華民國全國商業總會理事長張平沼及前大陸招商銀行行長馬蔚華22日出席三三會例會受訪時均表示，「還不至於」。不過，對於新台幣匯價，張平沼認為，維持在31元是最好的。
張平沼指出，美國QE退場是遲早的事，亞洲貨幣走貶也是必然趨勢，不過，要再引發金融危機，他個人認為「還不會」，因為1998年亞洲金融風暴的發生原因，主要是美國資金來亞洲炒股，熱錢太多，把亞股炒高後又快速撤離，在「猛進猛出」之下，就造成1998年亞洲金融風暴，現在與當時情況及背景不同，再發生金融風暴的可能性很低。
張平沼說，雖然在QE退場過程中，會造成金融市場震盪，但絕不會像當時的亞洲金融風暴那樣，畢竟美國也不斷釋放將逐步退場的訊息，降低衝擊。
至於亞洲貨幣走弱，新台幣兌美元匯價22日還逆勢走揚，近日新台幣兌美元匯價則在30元上下震盪，對此，張平沼表示，產業界仍希望新台幣匯價可維持在30元以上，他個人認為，31元左右才是對台灣最穩定的價位。不致影響產業及物價的價位，如果可維持在31元這樣是最好。
許勝雄也認為，要引發亞洲金融風暴還不至於，現在亞洲各國主要是不希望國家貨幣太強，影響出口及經濟發展，不過，目前亞洲經濟發展還算健康，尤其美國經濟也穩下來，歐洲看起來失業率也在控制內，金融也沒再惡化，不至於亞洲反而出狀況。
馬蔚華也分析，美國經濟表現還不錯，短期QE退場是利空，因為國際資金會流出亞洲新興市場，不過，長遠來看，實體經濟好，還是有好處，因此，他認為，並不會引發金融危機。
