儘管對鋼材產品的需求不斷增加，但各種鋼材產品的平均銷售價格繼續回落，原因是產能過剩問題仍未得到解決，加上產量增長高於需求增幅所致。

集團於本期間的營業額為人民幣35.96億元，營業額及銷售量分別上升約11.4%及約29.5%，原因是市場對鋼材產品的需求有較強增長。

銷售成本總額較2012年同期上升約10.0%至人民幣32.78億元，鋼材產品毛利率僅窄幅增長1.2個百分點至8.9%。

董事不建議派發本期間的中期股息。
