行政院長江宜樺日前接受電子媒體專訪，談及就職半年來的施政感想。江揆表示，過去這段時間以來，就像在狂風暴雨中向前挺進，這個形容是他自己常用的，因為確實在過去幾個月裡，不管是國內外情勢都有很多突發狀況；以國內來說，他剛上任時，核四案願意接受公投檢驗，這本身就是劃時代的作法。
江宜樺表示，回想起就職時跟閣員演講，期許內閣是創新變革的內閣，因為台灣很常一段時間處於格局無法打破、氣氛無法改變的沉悶氣氛，在政治、經濟、社會文化面要破除這個情況，必須勇於創新，期待每個部會都要放手去做。
江宜樺說，就任半年來，是否能達到當初的自我期許，他會覺得時間慢慢過去，「我們越來越能接近這樣的理想」，而現在剛好是一個很好的盤整點。
江宜樺除了認為核四是個劃時代的做法，他還說，內閣團隊要不斷面對突然發生的一些挑戰或危機，包括經濟不順遂、廣大興案、大埔事件、洪仲丘案等。
「像永無止盡的狂風暴雨，但在整個狂風暴雨中，內閣團隊還是必須向前挺進，既不能停留原地，也不能因為狂風暴雨就認不清方向。」
江宜樺說，畢竟內閣組成，大家都有理想，希望在有限的時間內，也許一年、兩年也許更長，可以做一些事情，「只要內心還有期許，我們就必須向前挺進」。
江宜樺接著談到正開展中的規劃，除了自由經濟示範區，他也強調，由於自己是學界出身，所以非常在意人才培育，要解決「學用落差」的問題。另外，他也期待任內對弱勢者的照顧、養護安置，有更制度化安排。 (接下一頁)
