附中人怨特招比率低　教育部：別在意兩三趴

【蔡永彬／嘉義報導】師大附中抗議特色招生比率低於建中、北一女等明星學校，教育部針對此回應，附中在第1輪送審的計畫不夠充實，某些部分說明不清楚，且附中有直升、音樂、美術班等，本來就會佔去特招比率。  

教育部國民及學前教育署副署長黃新發說，建中等校都在第1輪通過審查，但附中第2輪才過，特招名額因此被扣1個班、近40個名額，比率僅少約4％；教育部部長蔣偉寧則說，直升班等不能算在免試入學內，希望附中「不要在意那兩三趴」，免試入學也會收到不錯的學生，但若各校仍有意見，可再進一步討論。
