台灣學者看「中國夢」 有質疑有肯定

國策研究院16日舉辦一場座談會，邀請學者專家討論習近平的「中國夢」所面臨的政治、經濟挑戰。有學者認為「中國夢」是個虛幻的世界，不可能達成；但也有學者認為「中國夢」當中的「2個100」一定可以實現，外界應理性、客觀看待中國大陸政府提出的政策目標。

對於習近平的「中國夢」，中山大學中國與亞太區域研究所教授林文程質疑，其中描繪的中國是個虛幻的世界，對於一個沒有辦法買到安全奶粉的社會來說，要如何追求「中國夢」？

銘傳大學公共事務學系教授楊開煌則認為，中國大陸領導人必定經過精細估算、有相當把握之後才會提出口號或理想，外界應以客觀、理性的角度看待「中國夢」，才不至於誤判形勢。楊開煌說：『(原音)那「2個100」絕對沒有問題，不然他不會這樣宣示。中國人很要面子，他如果做不到，他不會講，我想他一定有相當的把握。』

楊開煌指出，除非發生完全不可預期的因素，像是嚴重天然災害、全球性金融崩潰等，否則大陸應可順利達成「2個100」的目標。

所謂「2個100」，是指在中國共產黨成立100週年時，也就是2020年，全面建成小康社會；中國建政100週年，也就是2049年時，建成一個富強、民主、文明、和諧的社會主義現代化國家。
