低氣壓 上午可能增強

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北16日電）中央氣象局說，位在台灣東南部海域的低氣壓今天上午可能增強，因距離台灣近，氣象局將密切注意，並隨時發布特報。

氣象局說，台灣正處在一個大低壓帶中，現在台灣附近海域有兩個低氣壓，其中東南部海域的低氣壓距離台灣較近，結構較理想，今天就有可能增強為熱帶性低氣壓。

氣象局不排除低氣壓增強時，隨時發布熱帶低壓特報。

氣象局說，今天全台天氣不穩定，各地有陣雨或雷雨，南部降雨時間較長。

氣溫方面，因雲量多再加上降雨，各地高溫都在攝氏30到31度；不過，水氣增加，不降雨時感受仍悶熱。

氣象局提醒，雖然尤特颱風已減弱為熱帶性低氣壓，但在台灣西南部沿海及恆春半島還是觀測到3至4公尺的浪高，西南部、東南部沿海以及東沙島、澎湖、金門、蘭嶼、綠島還是容易有長浪，民眾到海邊活動要特別注意安全。1020816
