藍心湄（右）當模特兒，讓造型師梅琳示範畫溫柔妝。

藍心湄在主持的TVBS《女人我最大》中，傳授如何讓女生看起來溫柔的化妝術，她親自當模特兒，造型師梅琳笑說：「好久沒畫這張漢堡臉。」

13年沒發脾氣

藍心湄回說：「你沒發現我鼻子變高了嗎？」梅琳接著表示：「難怪我想漢堡上面怎多一根香腸？」
藍心湄平常不笑看起來兇兇的，不過她說其實最近一次發脾氣是13年前在香港機場，櫃台人員對老人家沒禮貌，她氣到直接把對方領帶扯下來。阿霞覺得她很有正義感，建議她應該教女生如何做自己，比教女生學溫柔，貼切多了。
