總太下半年台中南區新推案　攻換屋族

【劉曉霞／台北報導】總太地產副總經理賴博文透露，下半年新推案將會以台中市南區的推案，以及「總太明日」、「總太青境」、「總太悅來」餘屋為主。

賴博文說，下半年台中市南區的推案預定10月、11月推出，預定推出130~150戶，以40~70坪左右的中大坪數為主，主攻首購和換屋族，每坪開價約40~50萬元。
