馬談國是會議 指議題要審慎討論

總統馬英九於亞松森時間十四日晚間，回應慶賀團媒體記者問題，並與國內衛星聯線。馬總統回應聯合報記者問題是否可能主動出擊、回應在野黨舉行國是會議問題時指出，如今有現成國會，若還要到體制外開國是會議，體制還要不要尊重？如果要的話，要如何分工？這些都是在舉行國是會議前須審慎研議的。

他也批評，開國是會議若「把議題當前提」，不是討論問題的態度；「你先要接受，才叫有誠意，真的不曉得這會還要怎麼開？其實不必開了吧」。
