IEKA台中店的對面就是文心森林公園，建築設計以「瑞典」及「永續生活」為主軸，結合森林公園豐富的地景元素，設置植栽外牆來強化環境綠化理念，而圓潤可愛的兒童椅、畫紙捲和粉筆的裝置藝術，讓全家人也能在戶外解放生活。
追求生活美學，更堅持環保理念，以屋頂花園打造城市獨特景觀，植栽的外牆、減少開窗面積，能有效阻隔太陽輻射熱，減低空調用電量，選擇使用LED照明設備及戶外廣場的綠化公共設施，達到節能環保的生活態度，更設置雨水貯集槽，不僅能灌溉周邊植物，還可滲透土壤中涵養地下水，有益都市微氣候的調節並降低熱島效應。
