〔記者葛祐豪／高雄報導〕為提升蚵仔寮漁港特定區觀光魅力，都發局公告擴大蚵仔寮魚 市場腹地為○．八五公頃，並提高建蔽率為八十％；海洋局將進行蚵仔寮漁港碼頭改造工 程。 位於梓官區的蚵仔寮漁港，獲選為全國十大魅力漁港，但魚市場和觀光魚市等硬體施設卻 相當簡陋，市府和漁業署共編列二．二億元經費重建，魚市場大樓重建工程已於今年六月 動土，趕在明年農曆年前完工；觀光魚市則預計明年改建。 都發局表示，市府為提升蚵仔寮漁港功能，本次都市計畫通盤檢討，決定擴大蚵仔寮魚市 場用地為○．八五公頃，並提高建蔽率為八十％，同時也增加區內公園綠地，即日起公告 實施。 蚵仔寮漁港為全國知名的「現撈仔」觀光魚市，周邊觀光資源豐富，包括蚵子寮舊聚落、 北堤步道、援中港濕地、烏魚文化館等，配合這項都市計畫實施，海洋局將再投入約一億 元經費，進行蚵仔寮漁港碼頭改善工程，希望吸引更多觀光人潮。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/aug/15/today-south17.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.132.13
