【短片】軍囚抵北監　進行人別訊問中

【吳詠平／桃園報導】台南軍事監獄的囚車在多輛警察及憲兵武裝車輛戒護下，上午九時四十分左右抵達台北監獄，這些移監軍囚中，包括六軍團前指揮官程士瑜等多位將領，以及因涉及拉法葉案被判無期徒刑的海軍前上校郭力恆。連同八時四十分許憲兵前司令何雍堅等人，上午從八德台南軍監北部分監送到北監，多名將官受刑人已進入北監開始新收程序。台北監獄秘書楊方彥表示，軍事受刑人抵達監獄，將按照一般接收考核的流程，進行身體健康檢查、基本資料調查後，才會予以配到考核法，之後再按照身體健康情況，專長及興趣來配業。相關作業已在8點40分何雍堅抵達北監後展開。
