驚見水中站了1個人　疑意外落水溺斃

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名民眾昨晚10時許吃完海產後，在和平島八尺門漁港散步，突然看到水中有人影，還直挺挺的站著，嚇得通報警方到場處理。海岸巡防署第2總隊獲報前往救援，派潛水人員潛入4公尺深處時，發現男子的腳被漁網纏繞，已身體僵硬明顯死亡。

警方調查，死者是55歲的周姓男子，獨居在附近寺廟的宿舍，經常喝醉酒在路上閒晃，昨天下午4時許，還有民眾看到周男又在街上閒晃。警方表示，周男身上並無外傷，初步研判是意外落水溺斃，詳細死因已報請檢察官相驗釐清。
