大約1年~2多前朋友要開店跟人借錢~ 那時候跟我借錢，簽了本票給我~ 結果後來都不還 QQ 問朋友得知他是有錢也不還電話也不接，找不到人...還換電話不告知... 想去法院申請執行~(當初試用匯款轉帳給他，也有記錄) 想請問是去法院民事處就可以申請了嗎? 不知道有需要特別注意什麼的嗎? 因為第1次去法院辦事想問一下各位，或是有專版可以問嗎? 謝謝大家了~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.15.110
