打過期針假造病歷　婦產科名醫被判４年徒刑

【孫英哲／彰化報導】在彰化地區頗有名氣的彰化市婦友醫院院長蔣榮祥，涉嫌為患者施打過期排卵針，受害民眾高達一百多人，此外，為了繼續向衛生署申請人工生殖許可，還偽造４０多份試管嬰兒施作病歷，經人檢舉後，由檢調接手追查。
全案彰化地方法院今天審結，依詐欺、偽造文書等罪判處蔣榮祥有期徒刑4年，其餘還有該院護理人員13人判處6月至1年10月不等徒刑。一審判決出爐後，蔣榮祥不願表示意見；彰化縣衛生局則指出，該局將等判決確定後，召開彰化縣醫師懲戒委員會，討論對蔣榮祥是否施以停業處分
