何江忠應訊急離去　轎車壓壞記者腳架

洪仲丘案涉案軍官前542旅副旅長何江忠，在交保後今（7）日再度被高軍檢約談，中午應訊後，在上車離開軍事法院時，疑似為迅速離開，而不慎撞彎媒體攝影腳架。

根據媒體消息指出，被撞彎的是寰宇新聞記者的攝影腳架，案發後，該記者已立即向八德分局報案，員警獲報後除了到現場蒐證，也請該記者到派出所製作筆錄，所幸無人受傷。

對於案發原由，被害記者表示：「腳沒被壓到，但腳架是公司的財產，當然要報案，要不怎麼向公司交代？」
