廣大興案洪家大姊談菲聲明 強調有道歉

屏東琉球漁船廣大興調查報告即將出爐，洪家大姐洪慈綪今天中午在高雄表示，明天下午三點，菲律賓將派經過總統授權的特使培瑞斯前往屏東琉球鄉公所，向洪石成家屬正式道歉，雙方也將共同發表聲明書，洪慈綪透露，聲明中一定會有「道歉」兩字。

而我國外交部和法務部將在今天下午公布調查報告，洪慈綪說，她還沒看過調查報告，要等結果出爐後，才能有所回應，如果報告中還要提什麼「過失」就太離譜了，根本是侮辱台灣人的智慧，她相信法務部和外交部不會「這麼愚蠢」。
