舊公司【軟體開發】職稱：人資助理薪資：N+1000 年假：16天/明年17天/後年18天…. 年薪：14~16個月(全薪) 工作內容：打雜，沒學習機會，非常閒公司情況：人事制度非常不建全到公司的時間：20~30分鐘新公司【文創】職稱：人資管理師薪資：N 年假：依勞基法年薪：保障13個月，其他看公司營運狀況和績效工作內容：除薪酬外的工作皆有機會，目前計劃做人力盤點公司情況：人事制度應有一定基礎到公司的時間：10分鐘內當事者30歲/女性/未來有計畫生小孩，但生完小孩一樣需要工作請問會建議她選擇舊公司還是新公司呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.147.239.66
