大埔事件 國安局支持警方依法執行勤務

政大教授徐世榮在大埔抗議事件中遭警方逮捕，徐世榮控告國安局長蔡得勝妨害自由等罪。國安局今天發表新聞稿指出，蔡局長從未對本案下達過任何指示，特勤維安工作皆依「特種勤務條例」規定執法。

國安局表示，特勤並無阻制徐世榮發表意見，徐世榮是被警方認為失序並移送法辦原因也與特勤無關；警方因徐世榮倒臥道路阻礙車輛行進，致生人車危險，故以公共危險及妨害公務罪嫌移送偵辦。國安局對警方依法執行勤務予以支持。
