國軍首辦慰靈會　國防部：規劃中

【王烱華／台北報導】針對國防部原先規劃舉辦大型「慰靈會」，但卻突然取消，國防部發言人羅紹和今天說，為關懷歷年服役期間亡故的官兵遺族，預計辦理大型追悼活動，全案仍在規劃，未成熟前不宜對外說明。

國防部昨日在傳給媒體新聞採訪簡訊中，原先規劃要說明「國軍人權保障作為專案進度暨慰靈會規劃」，在《蘋果》即時新聞揭露後，引發網友批評，因此國防部軍事發言人室又再傳簡訊，簡訊中取消了「慰靈會規劃」，並更正為「國軍改革人權保障作為專案進度說明」。
