軍高檢問抗告進度　何江忠3人今晚恐赴軍檢署

【綜合報導】542旅前副旅長何江忠以30萬元、連長徐信正以25萬元及上士范佐憲以20萬元的交保，國防部高等軍事檢察署向國防部最高軍事法院提出抗告，軍高檢預計下午2時將致電詢問高軍院處理卷宗的進度。

高軍院若今已審理且軍高檢抗告成功，何江忠等3人最快今晚將再赴軍檢署。
