標題[問題]今天在淡金公路上遇到的車禍

昨天下午往白沙灣的路上遇到了一場車禍，行車紀錄器影片連結:http://ppt.cc/79Ka 當時我的車速大約65~70km/hr，估計機車大概80up，小貨車似乎從直行車道直接左轉??? 我在路口前30公尺就開始減速，機車左後方有亮燈，因沒有減速跡象，不確定是否為煞車燈或陽光反射。請問在這種情況下，是哪方的肇事責任比例較重?? PS.下車察看時機車騎士還在吐血，並躺臥血泊中，5分鐘內救護車抵達，不知道是否因為已無生命跡象，救護車離開時...沒有鳴笛... R.I.P. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.247.206
