陳毅勳更裁案　維持15萬元交保

【石明啟／桃園報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘冤死，戒護士8月1日15萬元交保，軍檢提出抗告，北部軍事法院昨晚召開羈押庭，經冗長庭訊，合議庭今天凌晨評議，裁定被告中士陳毅勳維持原裁定，假日離營時向蘇澳分局報到。
 
合議庭認為，陳毅勳凌虐部分與李念祖等其他被告，分屬不同案件，無犯意聯絡，及勾串事實，另外，全案已有監視影像存在，足供檢辯雙方攻防，雖然被告陳毅勳自願接受羈押，但人身自由是民主法治基本價值，不可剝奪，法庭無法如被告所請予以羈押，被告雖涉五年以上重罪，但無羈押必要。

陳毅勳的更為裁定案結果，仍維持以15萬元交保候傳。
