台胞證5年不給加簽　柯文哲今赴北京談蔣渭水

【綜合報導】台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，今天下午啟程前往中國北京，參加「蔣渭水研討會」，預計將停留1周後返台。
 
根據「中央社」報導，柯文哲說曾前往中國數十次，主要是醫學交流，但2008年時，他因批評中國前國家主席胡錦濤對台方針，之後台胞證就「無法加簽」，5年沒再去過中國。
 
柯文哲說，這次是談台灣民主運動先驅蔣渭水，主辦單位設定的主題是蔣渭水與白求恩，兩位都是醫師，並由台灣研究基金會創辦人、監察委員黃煌雄帶隊，到北京參加蔣渭水研討會。
