借了64年　中國男子向解放軍討馬

【綜合報導】「有借有還，再借不難」，但借馬一借就是64年，該怎麼追討？
 
中國湖南省寧遠縣7旬老漢張蘭庭，近日託人於網路貼文，指父親張土榮1949年在農村行醫時遇到解放軍，被一名軍官借走一匹馬托運傷兵，還留下借據，希望相關部門能依據償還。

這張氾黃的借據內容為「今借到，張先生土榮家馬壹匹，十一月十三日條」，日期上方蓋有「中國人民解放軍湖南軍區湘南司令部」用印。張老先生的文章已吸引逾十萬點閱次數，還有人轉發到微博上。湖南省政府已將事件向上呈報，官員表示正與張老先生討論償付一事。「如果他們要馬，就算我們寧遠不產馬，我們也會從外地買馬還給他們。」
