【綜合報導】反核團體與白衫軍，在3號晚間拆完立法院圍籬之後，要突破重圍，擠進立法院靜坐，大批警力阻擋，群眾不斷說，他們要挺進，雙方爆發推擠衝突，隨後就有群眾指有員警打人，場面混亂!
