標題[問題] 會簽五年合約嗎?

如果公司給你五年的合約 在大陸工作包吃包住 第一年45k 第二年50k 之後依考績新資+3% 簽約金滿五年的話就會給你30萬 有年終+分紅 如果這期間離職的話就要賠一半所賺的薪資 請問你們會簽這種合約嗎? 謝謝 --
