大同子公司內線交易案　林蔚山出庭作證

【賴又嘉／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦大同子公司綠能科技涉嫌於調降財測前內線交易案，今首度傳喚大同董事長林蔚山出庭作證，釐清大同公司營運狀況。據悉，林蔚山澄清，都是員工個人行為，與公司無關，他也對相關員工賣股不知情，訊後請回。
 
檢調查出，綠能科技於2011年8月間調降財測，卻有多名綠能高層在公告前為規避損失，出脫持股，減少虧損數千萬元。檢調6日發動搜索、約談後，林蔚山弟弟林蔚東以100萬元交保，至於綠能前任總經理林和龍、現任總經理林士源，則分別以150萬元、100萬元交保。
