抹藥變「摸鳥」　士官猥褻5小兵判刑

【綜合報導】國軍後備904旅顏姓上士組長，前年藉口以被「蚊蟲叮咬」或清除白蟻窩須「抹藥止癢」為由，命令5名新兵脫光衣物，並對5人摸鳥、摸臀猥褻，還以教導CPR為由，親吻2名小兵，共猥褻5人11次。台中高分院昨天以顏男與4兵和解，其中10罪各判刑7月確定，但發回重定執行刑，未和解新兵部分則發回重審。
