反制綠委封鎖議場　藍委今清晨4點半回擊

【陳明旺／台北報導】為阻擋核四公投案在立院臨時會闖關，民進黨立委昨傍晚5點2分搶佔立院議場，鎖上門窗，要讓院會開不成，核四公投無法闖關。眼見民進黨發動攻勢，國民黨團昨傍間緊急會商，昨晚8點半，藍委陳鎮湘等人特地到立院議場觀察情況。據藍委透露，國民黨團已發出動員，要求藍委在今天清晨4點半到立院「開會」，至於要如何發動攻擊，回擊民進黨，目前仍是國民黨團最高機密。只是藍委不解，4點半到立院真的就可以搶回主席台嗎？
