陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，高軍院合議庭在1日下午2時30分，針對在押的何江忠、徐信正及范佐憲是否繼續羈押開庭訊問。

洪仲丘死亡案中，主導士評會關洪仲丘禁閉的上士范佐憲，被視為全案關鍵人物。因此，合議庭審判長詢問是否強勢主導士評會，執意關洪仲丘禁閉，不過面對諸多疑點，范佐憲在庭訊中一直說「不清楚」、「不了解」、「不知道攜帶違禁品罰則」，說話甚至也開始口吃。

期間范佐憲甚至一度啜泣落淚，稱自己腰椎受傷，大打悲情牌，律師甚至拍桌提醒他:「這樣我麼幫你? 你自己加油!」最後律師憤而離席。

范佐憲的庭訊於剛才結束，他的委任律師左自奎表示:「范佐憲只是表達能力比較差而已!」

范佐憲能否交保，將於晚間8點揭曉。如能交保，家屬將有4個小時的時間籌保釋金。
