標題[情報] 台南中西區瑜珈課程

之前在上課的瑜珈老師要換地方上課了原本在青年路廟方提供的場地要改建K書中心只好另尋場所現在每周一、三 8:30~9:30在新開的萬昌活動中心開課起碼要12個人才可能開課雖說人好招但老師算佛心來著收費低廉一個月只要600元其中一半還包含活動中心租金想要幫老師招點人瑜珈都是很基本的動作沒有很花俏的招式就當作是伸展身體 (我真的覺得我身體有變好XD) 想要報名的可以直接去現場報名繳費自備瑜珈墊、輪棒跟長毛巾或是跟老師買(輪棒比較貴，可以自己去外面買) 8月5日8:30第一次上課有疑問的可以私信問我 -- 向著特定目標不斷前進的人，全世界都會為他讓路！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 103.5.101.172
