軍檢快速起訴　洪姊再度表示遺憾

【林世雄／台中報導】對於軍方緊急起訴，未重視家屬律師團發出新聞稿，要求暫緩起訴，表示遺憾。
 
外界有人提出「檢方怎麼辦，家屬都不滿意」一事，洪慈庸澄清說：本案調查的黃金期時已過，軍方說再多，做再多，已經沒有用。她強調：「不是家屬不願意相信軍檢，而是家屬沒有辦法再相信了，仲丘會送命軍中是因為軍中長官便宜行事，軍中長官在第一時間可以做判斷時，沒有做出判斷！」。
 
她說，旅長當過這麼多職位，有能力判斷仲丘是否能關禁閉，在第一時間卻沒能做出判斷，家屬對此非常不能接受。
