【短片】租屋疑遭縱火　房東提告房客被法辦

【曾伯愷／新北報導】在新北市三重租屋的呂姓男子，去年12月家門口突然燒起來，消防隊滅火後發現有汽油成分，懷疑有人縱火，沒想到房東要求呂男賠償房屋損失，警方竟將呂男等人帶回偵訊，還依失火罪送辦，所幸檢察官不起訴，但是呂男仍不可置信被當成嫌犯送辦。

警方表示，因為火場鑑識出起火點在屋內，並沒有遭人從外縱火的跡象，加上房東提出民事求償告訴，所以才依照公共危險罪嫌中有過失責任的「失火罪」送辦，完全依照程序處理，並無不當。
