想請教各位版上先進 1.我目前仍在職營造業年薪大概快800K 且剛從設計部轉到專案控制部門目前接的案子是彰濱google雲端中心 2.另一方面我還有一個內湖的面試被萬寶華獵人找的 (準備第三次面談會談到薪水) 公司是AICI美國工程顧問專案是 AIT的遷移案兩年期的約負責 MQS Mechanical Quantity Surveyor 年薪未知但內部人員是私下透漏薪資很好談談到年薪100K沒問題兩者對我各有利弊，原公司優點: 1.我個人比較偏好專案控制這個職務 2.但在原公司資歷可繼續累積環境不太需要重新適應 3.正職 4.google專案很特別缺點: 1.薪資福利普通 2.培訓機會不多 3.專案在彰化內湖AIT優點: 1.薪資預期比目前高 2.工作在台北上下班方便 3.AIT也算是特殊案子跟google比我認為兩者都會在履歷上加分缺點: 1.兩年約 2.新環境 3.台北辦事處頗小 4.網路上看MQS未來願景似乎沒有Project control來的好假設內湖也確定拿到OFFER了若是各位會怎麼抉擇?! 我想參考一下意見感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.152.19
