洪仲丘案　徐信正律師聲請交保

【石明啟／桃園報導】下士洪仲丘冤死，洪的連長徐信正收押10多天，徐信正的委任律師袁健峰上午到軍事法院聲請交保，袁健峰指出，當初軍檢羈押徐的原因，認為他可能和長官串證，但徐的旅長沈威志日前訊後交保，既然旅長沒有串證疑慮，徐信正應該也沒有，袁認為，畢竟被告在押也是一種折磨。
 
袁健峰說，洪仲丘死亡是一個悲劇，一定要有人負責，至於誰該負責，誰該負怎樣的責任，這是最重要的，袁說，我們對被害人家屬應該感同身受，被告的家屬也應該感同身受。

徐信正委任律師袁健峰向軍事法院聲請交保。
