陳水扁抵達台北地院

【張欽╱台北報導】前總統陳水扁涉侵占國家機密文件案，去年8月開庭後，扁即以生病為由請假，但台北地院評估後，認為他可以出庭，今上午9時40分開庭，法警凌晨南下台中監獄培德醫院提訊扁上台北，已於8點50分抵達法院，法院特地關上囚車道鐵門，避免扁被拍到，庭訊因涉及機密，全程不公開，預計中午結束。

扁的律師團昨晚緊急以扁的精神有狀況、有憂鬱症為由再請假，合議庭認為無扁身體狀況可以開庭，已駁回，今也傳喚台北榮總醫師周元華，以進一步了解扁狀況，若扁臨時身體不適而必須送醫，將就近送往和平醫院。
