標題[請益] 有關奇美實業技術員派遣

我想請問ㄧ下現在奇美實業技術員是不是沒有在徵正職，都是派遣，還是派遣做的好有機會升正職，有機會升正職大概要多久?還是要有背景才有辦法?派遣是不是就沒有年終獎金，久仁獎金這些阿？另外我想問ㄧ下除了GG還有哪間福利比較好，如果以技術員來說的話，南茂，群創，佳華，聯電…因對科技業的公司實在是不熟，麻煩知道的人說ㄧ下，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.12.57.78
