輿論壓力大　何江忠律師：對被告不公平

【綜合報導】役男洪仲丘枉死，首先被收押的542旅前副旅長何江忠委任律師抵達軍檢處，表示現在輿論壓力太大，對何江忠不公平。
何江忠律師吳奎新表示，最近軍檢應該就會有結果出來。至於何江忠所需負責的部分，何江忠律師表示，行政疏失跟刑事責任必須需要分開，不能因為輿論壓力就全歸咎刑事責任，這也是一種侵害人權。
