【沈能元／台北報導】北市衛生局今年5月抽驗市售滷味、麵食、三明治、便當、漢堡等即食熟食食品，共抽驗50件，其中大潤發中崙店的和風雞腿便當與家樂福內湖店的排骨便當等2件熟食便當，檢出大腸桿菌超標，不合格率4%，違者將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰3萬至300萬元罰鍰。

衛生局食品藥物管理處表示，2件不符規定產品均是大腸桿菌群最確數超標，顯示該產品衛生狀態不良，已要求業者將產品下架。大潤發及家樂福業者均表示，已將問題產品下架回收並進行品管改善。
