惡看護灌高粱酒凌虐老婦　檢方再次聲押

【呂志明／台北報導】30多歲的印尼籍看護SITI ROKAYAH，今年初來台照顧一名80多歲臥病在床老婦人，由於不滿老婦人的女兒要她做東做西，竟然將怨氣出在老人家身上，趁著用鼻胃管餵食時，拿家中的高粱酒灌食約200毫升，造成老人家急性酒精中毒，家屬怒提告。

台北地檢署在7月22日將SITI傳喚到案，SITI坦承灌高粱酒但辯稱「只灌50毫升，想讓老人家舒服一點」，檢察官認為看護涉犯殺人未遂罪，向法院聲請羈押，但法官認定逮捕程序不合法，駁回聲押，北檢今補足程序，再向法院聲請女看護羈押禁見，正由法院開庭審理中。
