洪仲秋死因鑑定報告 法醫認定「他為」

【林建鋒、王煌忠／台中報導】疑遭凌虐致死的陸軍下士洪仲秋案，法醫鑑定報告出爐，指出洪仲丘死因是「他為」，洪姊洪慈庸表示：「石醫師（法醫石台平）主張，弟弟是操練過度導致嚴重中暑，併發器官衰竭。」推翻軍方先前聲稱的「意外死亡」，對於報告結果，洪家胞姊說：「家屬遵重石醫師做出的鑑定報告，沒有其他意見！」陪同律師顧立雄表示，今天是陪同家屬針對洪仲丘的鑑定報告製作筆錄，「我們有針對報告內容提出意見，表達要求法醫對於洪仲丘的死亡原因、過程再做進一步說明。」
