A7合宜宅　棄權率縮小到1成

【劉曉霞／台北報導】A7合宜宅報到率增加，截至今天為止，棄權率縮小到1成內，累計到今日放棄人數共43人，已登記407人。A7合宜宅聯合銷售中心副主委馬士雄說，目前主力仍是四房，主因貸款可達8成，總價相對低，付款容易。

馬士雄說，目前民眾最常遇到的問題還是貸款問題，部分民眾因為信用不良或欠債因素，可能無法貸款，大約有1成民眾來電洽詢，頭款35萬元無法支付，要去何處借貸。
