【綜合報導】台南市將軍溪北側出海口，驚傳有膠筏翻覆意外。清晨五點多，有兩名釣客搭著膠筏出海，結果因為風浪太大膠筏翻覆。消防人員獲報後連忙尋找，但找到時已經溺斃。
