【短片】酒促妹拉k半年　膀胱只剩彈珠大

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市陳姓酒促美眉（22歲）拉K半年，每天跑廁所上百次且反覆尿道感染發炎，經台中慈濟醫院泌尿科醫師蔡宗訓檢查，該名美眉的膀胱因吸毒縮小變成彈珠，正常人是壘球大。美眉坦言每次解尿僅五到十西西，稍有尿就跑廁所，無法工作，最後不敢喝水，瞥尿或包尿布上班。蔡宗訓使用水擴張術改善，膀胱功能仍恢復不到一半，提醒年輕學子誤接觸毒品。
 
蔡宗訓說，Ｋ他命的代謝物經由泌尿道系統排泄出去，造成腎盂、輸尿管與膀胱黏膜系統功能性變異，使用愈久造成膀胱變形發生機率愈高。
