丁守中提案 讓部分軍中案件回歸司法

【李英婷／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案引發修法討論，國民黨立委丁守中今提案修正《軍事審判法》第一條，讓非涉及軍事機密的軍中違法侵權案件回歸司法體系，交由普通法院及檢調系統偵辦審判。

丁守中提案修法內容包括，現役軍人若凌虐部屬、長官包庇、縱容或以強迫、脅迫、恐嚇等方法阻撓部屬申訴；或酒駕、妨害性自主等違法行為，非戰時由司法機關追訴審判。

國民黨團書記長賴士葆說，《軍事審判法》修正草案若在下午三點前完成連署，將列為國民黨團在第二次臨時會的提案之一。
