新北市雙溪山區發現死亡鼬獾　送驗中
 
【綜合報導】一名林務局羅東林管處台北工作站員工，今天返回宜蘭途中，在新北市雙溪區泰平村山區產業道路上，拾獲一隻死亡鼬獾，擔心該鼬獾是因罹患狂犬病死亡，已送交宜蘭縣動植物防疫所。
 
防疫所股長劉必揚指出，該鼬獾收到時已經死亡，且有明顯骨折，於今天下午寄至家畜衛生試驗所化驗，結果最快明、後天出爐。
 
一旦證實該鼬獾感染狂犬病毒，新北市山區恐淪為狂犬病疫區。
